This homework log has ten lines for one week. A student fills in a line when an assignment is set and checks its box when the work is done. A parent initials the line at home.

What should a homework log include?

How do I get a homework log PDF or a homework checklist PDF?

Pick the sheet, press the print button and choose Save as PDF as the printer. On an iPhone or iPad, tap the share icon on the print screen, then Save to Files. The page makes no file of its own.

What is the difference between a homework log and a homework checklist?
