All about me worksheet, 5th grade to kindergarten

Set changes the six prompts. Grades 3 to 5 is the opening set and suits a 5th grade class as it stands. K to grade 2 asks the same in five words or fewer, as a kindergarten get to know you worksheet: A picture of me, One thing I do well.

3rd grade back to school worksheets

Three more sets fit the first week: This school year (I hope to learn, A goal I have), My summer, and Friends and class.

Your own boxes

Type your own prompts in the box above the sheet, one per line, up to nine. What you type replaces the sample.

Questions and answers

What goes on an all about me worksheet?

A Name line and boxes that ask who the child is: a self-portrait, something they do well, something they are practicing, a job they would like to try, three words that describe them and one thing the class should know.

Does the sheet ask for private details?

No. No box asks about money, health, religion or a home address. Each prompt can be answered with a drawing, a word or a sentence, and the answers are on paper only: nothing a child writes is typed or stored.

Is there more room to write for older grades?

Yes. Set Boxes to 4 and the sheet prints four of the six prompts with more rows each, or to 2 for half a page each. Text size changes the height of the rows.

How is it different from the favorite things worksheet?

That sheet asks what a child likes: a color, a food, a book. This one asks who they are and what they want from the year. The two share no prompt, so a class can fill in both.
