How it works
Each snowman color by number here is white paper inside a colored sky: with a broom, in a top hat, as a face, a family, in a snow globe, half built and melting, plus a carrot and coal.

The snowman is the paper
Every square that gets a color has a number, and white squares print empty. The easy Snowman with a broom has 60 blue squares for the sky, 9 yellow, 9 brown, 4 black and 2 orange; the 60 left over are the snowman and the snow. Check Put 0 in the white squares under More options to print a 0 in each of them.
Snowman color by number printable, built to melted
The Half-built snowman has two snowballs stacked and a third beside them, with the hat and the carrot still on the snow. The Melting snowman is the longest easy sheet, 131 squares of grass, puddle and hat. Choose Detailed 24 by 24 under Size and it reaches 495.
- The easy Snowman face is the quickest sheet: 62 squares in 4 crayons, blue, black, orange and red.
- The easy Carrot nose and coal buttons needs only 3 crayons: green, orange and black.
Questions and answers
Which squares do you color when the snowman is white?
You color around it. The sky is blue or purple, the hat, scarf, coal and carrot have numbers, and every square left empty is snow. The Melting snowman is the exception: only 13 of its easy squares stay white.
Which snowman pictures are in the set?
Eight: Snowman with a broom, Snowman in a top hat, Snowman face, Snow family, Snowman in a snow globe, Half-built snowman, Melting snowman, and Carrot nose and coal buttons. Each prints as a 12 by 12 or a 24 by 24 grid.
Is the snowman color by number free to print?
Yes. Each snowman prints on one Letter or A4 page: a name and date line, the picture's name, the crayon key and the grid. A colored answer key comes out as page 2 unless you uncheck Answer key on page 2.
